been running metzlers on the rear, gettin 14-16k til it wont pass inspection.

any advice on something different. hate to run cheap stuff but metz is gettin steep in price.

always ran them on the front with same success on miles but they wore uneven & the last one had a ply separation i didnt like either, switched to dunlop up there after advice from harley people & am happy with that move.

anyony runnin dunlops on th rear, if so what kind.

thanks in advance

I never got more than 8k out of Dunlops. I always run Metz on the 1100, can't beat the mileage.

I have used Dunlop elite 4 front and rear.  22,500 rear 24,000 front.

Have put over 180,000 between 3 different  1100s I can say I was never disappointed in Metzlers.  But Michelin

Comanders seem to be equal in my opinion. And  I think a bit cheaper. I've ran both of them quite a bit over the years.
