hi Jon

the pipes look and sound awesome. i love them.

could you help me with a fitting issue …i can only manage to get in one of the screws in that attach the two halves together...there's just no room to get the lower one in.

am i supposed to put the two halves together first and then bolt it up to the heads...is that even possible.

i would sure appreciate your input here.

Hey Jeff, glad they made the trip across the pond safely and quickly. It has been about 3 or 4 years since I had them on my bike but I believe I had them attached to the heads loosely, connect the pipes with the two screws, then torqued the flanges to the heads. 
 

If that doesnt work, I would reach out to PCS for the installation instructions. Let me know if you need assistance once you try that and I will help you get the answer. I remember them being pretty quick to install.
