Notice the part in red below... Trump already declassified the documents... and as POTUS, he had the power to do so. He didn't destroy anything, he didn't pass anything on to foreign governments.
However, Hillary had an illegal server in her home that had classified documents on it. She illegally stored confidential documents in a private server in her home. Not only did she store those documents in a private server in her home, but it was hacked... by either Russia or China or who knows what other country... and they too now have that classified information. In other words, her illegal activity cause the leakage of confidential information to foreign parties. And not only that, but she deleted over 33,000 E-mails which she should not have had. That too is yet another crime in and of itself. And not only that, but she also used bleach-bit to ensure the deleted files cannot be recovered. (i.e. She purposefully hid the evidence that would have proven her guilty). This is known as destroying evidence as well. But she didn't have the power to declassify those documents, however with the assistance of Abiden, she had classified documents which had their confidential markings removed as well.
And then we have Joe Biden who had at least 1,500 boxes of information from time when he was either Senator or VP.
NOTE: Neither Hillary's Sec of State position allowed her to declassify that intel. And Similar with Joe Biden as either Senator or Vice President didn't have the power to declassify that intel. However, Trump did... and guess what... they're only going after the guy who had the ability and who did declassify the intel he had. So if they're going after Trump... watch out Hillary and Joe!!!
Trump-Appointed Judge Aileen Cannon Assigned to Oversee Florida Case

US District Judge for the Southern District of Florida, Aileen Cannon, will be assigned to oversee President Trump’s federal case in Miami.
Recall, Judge Cannon previously appointed a “special master” to review the classified documents seized from Mar-a-Lago.
President Trump Thursday evening announced he was indicted by a federal grand jury in Miami in special counsel Jack Smith’s classified documents case.
“The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax, even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is “secured” by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time.” Trump said Thursday night on Truth Social.

The Florida grand jury indicted Trump on at least 7 charges.
Shocking news of a Florida grand jury was revealed this week through leaks to the media.
The charges from the Florida grand jury range from conspiracy to willful retention of national defense information to a scheme to conceal to false statements, ABC reported.
ABC News reported:
The summons sent to former President Donald Trump and his legal team late Thursday indicates that U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon will be assigned to oversee his case, at least initially, according to sources briefed on the matter.
Cannon’s apparent assignment would add yet another unprecedented wrinkle to a case involving the first federal charges against a former president: Trump appointed Cannon to the federal bench in 2020, meaning that, if Trump is ultimately convicted, she would be responsible for determining the sentence – which may include prison time – for the man who elevated her to the role.
Separately, a grand jury in Washington DC hearing evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case is going to indict Trump on Espionage Act and obstruction charges.
The use of section 793 is a workaround since Trump declassified the documents.
According to The Independent, the grand jurors may have already voted on the indictment Thursday or the vote could be delayed until next week.
“I am an innocent man,” Trump said in a video posted to his social media on Thursday.

Trump’s aide Walt Nauta was indicted by the Florida grand jury hearing evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case, according to a leak to ABC News.
According to reports, Walt Nauta was told to move boxes after the former president received a subpoena in May for classified documents.
Walt Nauta is a former White House employee and Navy veteran who worked valet for Trump and served as a personal staffer at Mar-a-Lago.
It is unclear what the charges are.

ABC News reported:
Walt Nauta, an aide to former President Donald Trump, has been charged by the special counsel as part of the probe into Trump’s taking of classified information, ABC News has learned.
Nauta was indicted by the same grand jury in Florida, sources told ABC News. It is not immediately clear what the exact charges are and an attorney for Nauta declined to comment when contacted by ABC News.
Nauta served as a valet in the Trump White House and left his role to join Trump as a personal aide in early 2021.
On Thursday The Guardian reported that Joe Biden’s DOJ attempted to bribe the attorney for Walt Nauta in exchange for testimony against Donald Trump.
Trump blasted the DOJ for abusing their power.

The Trump indictment was released on Friday.
President Trump was hit with 37 federal counts – 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information, maximum: 10 years in prison, $250,000 fine. Counts: 32, conspiracy to obstruct justice, max 20 yrs, $250K; 33, withholding a document or record, max 20 yrs, $250K; 34, corruptly concealing a document or record, max 20 yrs, $250K; 35, concealing a document in a federal investigation, max 20 yrs, $250K; 36, scheme to conceal, max 5 yrs, $250K; and 37, false statements and representations, max 5yrs, $250K.
Trump’s aide and valet driver Walt Nauta was charged along with Trump in counts 32, 33, 43, 35, and 36.
The federal indictment showed photos of boxes of documents stored in a bathroom inside of Mar-a-Lago.

The media is going apocalyptic over the boxes full of personal records and mementos stored in the shower in a Secret Service guarded compound at Mar-a-Lago.
The indictment claims “Trump stored his boxes containing classified documents in various locations at The Mar-a-Lago Club — including in a ballroom, a bathroom and shower, an office space, his bedroom, and a storage room.”
There is also a photograph of boxes in Mar-a-Lago’s ballroom.
The indictment revealed some of the text messages exchanged with Trump aides regarding the boxes stored at Mar-a-Lago.
“Woah!! Ok so potus specifically asked Walt for those boxes to be in the business center because they are his ‘papers,’” a Trump employee texted to another, referring to Walt Nauta.
“There is still a little room in the shower where his other stuff is,” one employee texted. “Is it only his papers he cares about? Theres some other stuff in there that are not papers. Could that go to storage? Or does he want everything in there on property.”
“Yes,” another aide responded. “Anything that’s not the beautiful mind paper boxes can definitely go to storage.”
Meanwhile Joe Biden stored classified information in his Delaware garage where his son Hunter had access to the materials.

Special Counsel Jack Smith praised the FBI and his team of anonymous prosecutors in a statement on the indictment of President Trump Friday at the Justice Department in Washington, D.C.
Trump blasted Smith on Truth Social minutes before Smith spoke, “This is the man who caused the Lois Lerner catastrophe with the IRS. He went after Evangelicals and Great Americans of Faith. The United States had to apologize, and pay major damages for what this deranged lunatic did. He had a unanimous loss in the Supreme Court. His wife is a Trump Hater, just as he is a Trump Hater—a deranged “psycho” that shouldn’t be involved in any case having to do with “Justice,” other than to look at Biden as a criminal, which he is!”
As Americans watch the politicized double standard of justice in the steamrolling of Trump and the stonewalling of the Biden investigations, Smith boasted, “We have one set of laws in this country and they apply to everyone,” and praised the FBI which has spent the past seven years going after Trump and protecting the Biden and Clinton crime families, saying, “I’m deeply proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with them.”

Besides the evidence of sloppiness in the FBI's search warrant raid on President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home over the custody of documents from his first term as president, the situation has revealed a bias on the part of legal experts across the country.
That's according to Jonathan Turley, a George Washington University law professor and avowed Democrat, who said the judge's ruling cited "the sort of FBI failures that in the past would have enraged liberals who have gone silent about such concerns in the Trump era," according to a report from Just the News.
"Many faculty on the left continue the curious objections to a court seeking review of the FBI or not accepting its overbroad claims of authority," he wrote. "It is a bizarre shift that we have seen in other Trump investigations where liberals suddenly express shock that a court would override sweeping national security claims or seek to review the Justice Department's review of material for privilege."
At issue is the validity of a search warrant allowing the FBI to send dozens of agents to raid Trump's home, inspect the property of Melania and Barron Trump, and take virtually anything they wanted.
In fact, reports now confirm that the FBI likely took hundreds of documents to which agents were not entitled – even to see.
Those included papers protect by attorney-client privilege, financial records, health records and more.
Turley pointed out the apparent "mistakes" by investigators, the "privileged material (as well as an assortment of private material from medical records to tax records) were seized."
Just the News documented that the Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide requires agents to use the "least intrusive" means of collecting evidence, especially in cases where the First Amendment likely is prominent.
The article cited the evidence of carelessness: "A criminal probe 'requested by the incumbent president.' The seizure of clothing, medical records, tax records and 500 pages of attorney-client privileged documents not covered by a warrant. The sharing of privileged documents with investigators."
That's all evident after U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon ruled that a special master needs to be appointed to handle those documents. Her ruling also exposed how the raid was conducted "so sloppily" that it violated FBI agents' manual mandates.
Cannon, in fact, found that the government's failures put Trump "at risk of suffering injury from the government's retention and potential use of privileged materials."
Just the News explained, "But one thing is clear. The FBI and its overseers at the Biden Justice Department bumbled on what was certain to be one of the most scrutinized search warrant executions in modern American history. And that's according to one of the bureau's own former and highly respected executives."
The report quoted former assistant FBI Director of Intelligence Kevin Brock saying, "The more that's revealed, the more it looks like a kind of sloppy government overreach is in play. It seems more than a bit 'loose' to those of us who have executed numerous search warrants."
He earlier suggested it is possible that a court eventually will throw out the search warrant entirely.
Among the FBI failures now evident: The confiscation of more than 500 pages of documents protected by attorney-client privilege, the taking of personal medical and financial records, even clothing.
Brock told Just the News, "I don't care if it was a drug trafficker, or a child exploiter, or whatever, you go into a home, you set up a system where those things that you seize are assiduously documented. They're given a specific tracking number, barcodes, if you will, and each piece is gone through meticulously before you leave the premises to make sure that it's within the scope of the document."
