Terra Promessa just not the same mare as last year, she stalked Farrell till the turn when Martini Glass came up. was bumped lightly and never fired in the stretch. The Azeri winner Martini Glass, Actress missed the break but was a fast closing 2nd Farrell 3rd and Tiger Moth 4th. Terra Promessa may have finished 5th but not sure.

Agree with what you text me on TP. She was straining on the backstretch under hold, I’m sure she would have finished closer if not held?  Wasn’t JV her regular jock ? I don’t remember Ricardo being up?

Ricardo was her jockey last year when she raced at Oaklawn and all 3 races this year, Irad Ortiz rode 1 race and Jose Ortiz rode the rest of her races last year,

Thanks, I haven’t had a chance to go back and check. Pretty excited here, Loyola Ramblers are going to the sweet 16!!! Their inspiration is their nun, Sister Jean, who at 94 is their Chaplin and going strong!:)
