Meetmeinkingston suffered a fatal injury at Gulfstream race 8 today, and was euthanized. It happened mid stretch . My condolences to his connections.(thru FanDuel and Larry Collmus)

Details: In the stretch of race 6, Foreign Relations (#1) abruptly impeded the path of Master of the Ring (#11). The horses clipped heels and caused Master of the Ring to go down in the stretch, unseating jockey Tyler Gaffalione. Jockey Tyler Gaffalione was cleared to ride in the following race. After the evaluation from the KHRC veterinary team, it was determined that Master of the Ring suffered a sublaxated right carpus which was catastrophic in nature. #1 Foreign Relations was disqualified by the stewards as a result of the incident.

I hate having to post on this thread….. Awesome Feather has died in Japan, in March. Perhaps foaling? They don’t say. My condolences to her connections and all who followed her and loved her.
