Why  does it take so long for action on these cases? this case is four years ago! it is absurd

I know!!! Lisa ( from HISA) said there would be quicker resolve in the future with the implementation of the drug reinforcement program going forward ( her tv interview during The Pegasus).

What a great attitude he has, I hope he is successful. 

These trainers need to understand how long these drugs stay in the horses system, no matter how it is given!
