Auguste Rodin had to fight for it but his brilliance shone through to win the Epson Derby! King of Steel 2nd at 74 to 1!

This win is Aiden O’Briens 9th Derby win, incredible!

What a wonderful race- Looked like King of Steel was going to steal the race but as you pointed out, but  Auguste Rodin's brilliance showed thru!  I am especially heartened because Deep Impact, sire of Auguste Rodin,  is the son of the wonderful amazing sire Sunday Silence, who put Japanese racing on the map: It is so sad he died  so young, at 15, but his impact is being felt today throughout the world in his progeny--

I was surprised how Arrest backed up- he was in a good position, but they said something about the horse not liking the ground

Excuse me if I am recalling incorrectly, but I have watched this Royal Ascot meeting for the past several years and believe they showed these race on TV for the full meet.  I really prefer TV to streaming--- Will these races by any chance be shown by Fan Duel?

Thanks for the info: that is awesome: don't know why NBC decided not to televise the races at Ascot (except for one day)

Last year Fox had it on, haven’t heard anything from them yet. Of course, I haven’t seen anything on what their audience was for The Belmont, so maybe ratings weren’t high enough to garner them blocking out other programming for Ascot??
