Tokyo, Japan - The U.S. Jumping Team has qualified for the Jumping Team Final to be held on Saturday, August 7, beginning at 7:00 p.m. JST6:00 a.m. EDT at Equestrian Park in Tokyo, Japan. The team finished the Team Qualifier competition in fifth place, earning their spot in tomorrow night’s final, with the top ten teams advancing. They will begin tomorrow night on a clean-slate score of zero, as the scores from this evening's qualifier do not carry over to the team final.

What a great finish!!! Will Coleman is the individual winner and Team USA is second at Aachen!!!

NEWSFLASH: Land Rover U.S. Eventing Team Finishes Second at Aachen CCIO4*-S & Will Coleman Becomes First American to Win The Prestigious Competition

Aachen, Germany - The Land Rover U.S. Eventing Team has finished in second place at the conclusion of the CCIO4*-S at the World Equestrian Festival CHIO Aachen, the best team finish in history at the event. Will Coleman and Off The Record, Sydney Elliott and QC Diamantaire, Ariel Grald and Leamore Master Plan, and Tamie Smith with Mai Baum were led by Chef d'Equipe Erik Duvander and finished on a final team score of 116.5, just narrowly edged by Great Britain, who took the win with 116.2 penalties. Ireland finished in third on 127.2 penalties. 

Will Coleman (Gordonsville, Va.) and Off the Record, a 12-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding owned by the Off The Record Syndicate, have become the first American combination in history to win the prestigious event, finishing on their score of 30.50.
