Was just pulling up your last Lentenor mess. so that I could send you the same message! Wire-to-wire. Good start to the racing day.
Have a joyous and safe 4th.

Just read the chart and she was not quite wire-to-wire; lost the lead briefly. So, I stand corrected on this, but I think I will still put my spin on Lenny in my notes.

Yes, she was out of gate quick, but jock got her back to stalk and on far turn she took over from there- good race!

Cacahuete gets 3rd at Belterra today, an allowance race. I think this one was a bit longer race?
I wasn’t able to find out anything on Enid. I kept looking yesterday and all morning today.:(
Jul-5
Cacahuete was first in his June 21 race at 1 and 1/16 miles. Today's race was a mile and 70 yds. Two weeks bet. these two races and he also ran twice in May and won both lower level claiming races.
Still not as frequent as the three races in Sept. last yr.
Thank you for attempting to learn more about Enid. Prayers that this one survived.
Had a school friend who spent her summers with family friends (she was Asian) in Highland Park when she didn't go home for summer. Such a terrible thing to have happen during a parade with all those innocent children and their families just out to enjoy an Independence Day parade. Continuing prayers for all affected by this horrific act.

Was looking forward to seeing the new Phipps colt at Indy, too, but am always glad when tracks cancel to protect horses and people involved.

Remembered to watch Fan Duel just now and Stosh was 2nd. It was a $3,200 claimer; that is about as low as I have seen, but not quite. He has run six times since last day of April with one first, 2 seconds.
