Did we not start a thread on the Zayat issue? If we did I couldn’t find it..,,
I read through this quickly, but I think they dismissed one of the lawsuits by MGG Investment Group against Zayat?

We did not start a thread for them.
The court dismissed the cases against the buyers of Zayat horses and or breeding rights that he did not send the money to the creditor.

Ramsey sells quite a few horses at Keeneland, wants to downsize. What they don’t say is he also needs to finish repaying those trainers too.

Ramsey still owes Ward and now talking trash about him. I hope Ward is allowed to sell the horses.

The trainer wants 14 racehorses owned by Ken and Sarah Ramsey to be sold at the Keeneland January Horses of All Ages Sale and have the proceeds applied to an outstanding debt he says is nearly $1 million.
