I'm putting this here as I'm not sure it needs it's own thread? I'm a bit confused on this issue. Is this to keep commercial builders from building on the easement? If it is foreign owned, I don't think they qualify?

Wasn't sure where to put this so decided on the Owners thread.
It's hard to imagine a person with more zeal for his job than Toby Richard. The dedicated WinStar Farm employee is up before the sun every day to oversee the training of the farm's soon-to-be 2-year-olds, striding into the barn with a big smile and a hearty "Good morning!"
