Delaware cancels again but a different reason
Delaware Cancels Sept. 2 Due to Insufficient Entries
Delaware Park canceled racing Sept. 2, citing insufficient entries. Entries have been light recently at Delaware, where 63 horses and three also eligibles were entered in eight races Aug. 30.

Delta Downs stopped racing in the middle of their card Friday and will have no racing tonight. Something to do with the new lights.

Laurel has stopped racing due to 8 fatalities in November on their newly installed track. They may to return to running at Pimlico again

Oh no. When Manicomio was in the lead and broke down It was in the stretch. The race was Nov. 25. (You may recall my interest in the Include and Encaustic kids.) What a shame this has occurred at Laurel; I had no idea. Thank you for mentioning this here.

This is scary. I am glad they stopped racing, hope they can find the cause and fix it
