I guess we have to wait to see what impact these arrests and convictions have on the industry!

I’m glad to see those applauding HISA, but they also need to keep an eye on the owners. If these owners are so concerned about their horses, THEY need to understand what their horses are being given, and keep hounding their trainers like some do, (Repole comes to mind). They NEED to know it’s NOT about winning, but about the journey. The horses come FIRST!

I’m so sick of courts allowing the delays! His attorney can appoint an assistant for the sentencing, she knew she had other clients and needs to work this losing case into the courts schedule not hers!
