Baffert Should Be Allowed To Run in Breeders' Cup (thoroughbreddailynews.com)
Bill Finley makes a good case why Baffert should be allowed to run his horses in the BC- note the last sentence of the article which describes Baffert is accused of an overage of a therapeutic medication, nothing like Servis or Navarro- and we know what ugly stuff they did. I agree with Mr. Finley.

FedEx will handle BC horse travel, Tex Sutton will handle the scheduling of horses and provide handlers for during flights, grooms will not be allowed. I’m thinking some of those horses may make their own arrangements if some horses need to have personal grooms on flight with them?

I am glad FedEx will ship. I do not think there is any other options in the states for them to use. So unfortunately you won’t be able to send a Groom.
Tex Sutton will send good horsemen on the flights.
