I mean, why do this now and delay everything again?? And wouldn’t something like this have been brought up in other cases during her term hearing cases in the TB industry?

 No surprise! but you know other trainers are loving it!

Not surprised, I do not think Baffert’s attorneys are doing him any favors. This injunction should have been going all along not stopped and restarted.

Now we see what horses are removed from his care. 
I am sure that a few SF Racing, Madakat etal and perhaps Arabian Knight owned by Zedan Racing. Maybe Cave Rock, though with only 1 work on his return perhaps they point him to the Preakness.

Remember it’s only the Derby and other races that are run At Churchill Downs that Baffert runners are banned from. 
Preakness and Belmont are allowed 

I think the attorneys made the situation more combative---sometimes attorneys make things worse---
