NY covered up the Forte issue, just like CA did with Justify.  Finding out, months/years afterward is not acceptable.

Keeneland post on their website, at the end of each day, incidents with horses and what the action was taken. They are an entity unto themselves with hospitality and transparency.

I didn't know Keeneland did that: all race tracks should be required to do that., but-------
