Thanks for posting that info: Glad to know those deaths will be investigated. I hope when the investigation is done the report becomes public. My personal belief is that the dirt track was involved--- but that is just my feeling about it- we shall see.

Definitely a step in the right direction- though it did not help prevent the injuries of the horses that perished during Derby week.
