. he just went on as long as he could

I was shocked to have just read this; he so loved Curlin and Rachel; too bad he didn't live to see their offspring. RIP; his heart was in the right place.

.. his barn was bustling all the time and i noted his absence

and i knew he was home in bed...

So sad to hear the news of Mr Jackson passing. What an amazing life this man lived. A great winemaker, and a man that truely love his TB horses. RIP sir, you will be missed. Thank you for all you did, you have left a great legacy.
