Thanks for this.  Those plain brown wrapper horses can be special.  John Henry comes to mind.  Nothing plain about Bernardini’s gaze.  There was so much intelligence there.

 I agree about the plain brown wrapper horses; brings to mind American Pharoah-not a drop of white on his face, but oh, what a grand animal he is!!!

HOGY had a paddock accident and had to be euthanized at Old Friends.:(. My condolences to all connections and fans.
