I have seen that some horses are coming out of Turf Paradise and going to the kill pen. Plus I have read where the stewards are allowing horses to run who are not healthy, etc.
We will have to keep an eye on this.

Trainer Englehart Suspended a Week by NY Stewards
Trainer Jeremiah Englehart has been suspended seven calendar days after a horse of his tested positive for prednisolone following a runner-up finish last October at Belmont Park. Englehart was also fined $500. His suspension runs Feb. 14-20.

Pennsylvania Suspends Vitali for Year, Ruling Appealed
Trainer Marcus Vitali, already facing a disciplinary hearing in March in New York, recently was issued a one-year suspension and large fine by the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Commission.
