Have always thought it was interesting that Man 'o War's birthday was March 29 and Secretariat's was March 30.  I sometimes wear an aquamarine to honor them and also pair it with a diamond for Ruffian.  And always think of the significance of April 29, of course, for our Barbaro's birthday.  That is the anniv. of the deaths of Terlingua and Dynaformer.  I am a very sentimental person.

Strange how life and death intertwine…..my birthstone is Aquamarine, so I always remember.:)
