As of right now, the BC will be held at SA

 I think that is a huge mistake. One breakdown and Santa Anita could kiss racing goodbye and we have seen terrible breakdowns at previous Breeders Cups.

I am so nervous...I wish it would move to Keenland, etc. I would be heartbroken if any of these top horses in any race broke down...Santa Anita is not ready for this - this year.

It would not move to Keeneland. I believe the alternate venue this year is Churchill.

NOT OFFICIAL, but, chatter on facebook is that BC will be moved to Churchill or Keeneland this year.  Mutual acquaintances of ours booking rooms cheap in Louisville just in case.  I think it really could happen.

Shocking news about Hollendorfer although ever since Porter pulled his horses I've wondered....

I think with problems at SA, I wouldn’t doubt they move it. The last thing you want at the BC would be throngs of protestors against horse racing. Unfortunately the Hollendorfer news made the Chicago airwaves yesterday.:(

I am not sure they could move it this late in the year, but time will tell.
