I doubt they will reverse the Stewards decision.
Report: Owner Files Remsen Protest Over Non-DQ
The owner of Zandon, the narrowly beaten runner-up in the Remsen Stakes (G2) at Aqueduct Dec. 4, has filed a protest with the state gaming commission over the stewards not disqualifying victorious Mo Donegal for alleged interference in the race.

Jockeys Vargas, Samuel test positive for COVID-19
Jockeys Jorge Vargas Jr. and Jalon Samuel both tested positive for COVID-19 and will be off their mounts at Aqueduct this weekend, according to a release from the New York Racing Association.
