Excellent!!! It puts all horses on the same playing field! I think the whip rule may have played a part as well as horses weren’t continually stressed to go faster?

Honestly the whip is not an issue because it is so soft and really only produces noise more than anything else. 
IMHO the whip rule is more for the public than anything else. 

Well, it didn't help matters that she got run off her feet in the first half mile. That said, I was happy for Ce Ce

 I am a bit uneasy about not working.  When  I am jobless, I tend to take quite a bit of time to figure out what to do with myself. 

Na, you’ll figure it out! Best part is not HAVING to be somewhere all the time!
