Breeders Cup is doing the correct thing here. Baffert is not suspended by any racing authority in the world. Therefore there is nothing to uphold here.

Yes, they had not stated before the Win and You’re In series, that he would not be allowed to run in the BC races and would have been unfair to try to restrict him from running his horses.
