Irad says he wasn’t ready, his fault. They were yelling about scratching the horse next to him that left jock in the gate. I thought they started too soon after the one horse reared in gate?

I see NBC is showing some races this Saturday from 9 AM to noon.

Race riding kept Stradivarius boxed in till it was too late in The Gold Cup. Finished 4th, unfortunately at his age he doesn’t appear to have that incredible turn of foot when he is out in the open.

It has been fun watching him race over the years.

 I think Stradivarius was third-- don't you think Dettori gave him a bad ride? He allowed himself to get boxed in- I could see right from the get go the horse was never going to win that race- when he finally got him to the outside the horse gave it his mighty best.  I too have loved watching him over the years. He is just a wonderful magnificent horse.

I think Frankie tucked in too close and didn’t anticipate the blockers and moved out too soon. Then, he finished 2nd with the Queen’s horse.  He needs to redeem himself and win with the Queen’s horse in this next race.
