So looking forward to seeing him race: Sounds like he is quite the character--- I love when Dettori loves him up after they win a race!!!

Nope. He needs to read the rules over there! Unfortunately, his bad riding moments continue

Race riding kept Stradivarius boxed in till it was too late in The Gold Cup. Finished 4th, unfortunately at his age he doesn’t appear to have that incredible turn of foot when he is out in the open.
It has been fun watching him race over the years.

I think Stradivarius was third-- don't you think Dettori gave him a bad ride? He allowed himself to get boxed in- I could see right from the get go the horse was never going to win that race- when he finally got him to the outside the horse gave it his mighty best. I too have loved watching him over the years. He is just a wonderful magnificent horse.

I think Frankie tucked in too close and didn’t anticipate the blockers and moved out too soon. Then, he finished 2nd with the Queen’s horse. He needs to redeem himself and win with the Queen’s horse in this next race.

Although Godsen didn’t seem to sound harsh, those on TVG( especially Nick and the woman on the broadcast) seemed a bit stunned at the harshness of his words toward the ride. Frankie seemed to be covering his butt in response. I, personally, thought he was too far back, but Stradivarius gave it his all when Frankie finally asked. What a horse!!! He’s won so many races and at different distances, he should be celebrated- I love this horse- true thoroughbred heart!
