Six Dr. Seuss books will be discontinued because of racist and insensitive imagery.

Six Dr. Seuss books -- including “And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street” and “If I Ran the Zoo” -- will stop being published because of racist and insensitive imagery, the business that preserves and protects the author’s legacy said Tuesday.

“These books portray people in ways that are hurtful and wrong,” Dr. Seuss Enterprises told The Associated Press in a statement that coincided with the late author and illustrator’s birthday.

Moreover, the six banned titles aren't exactly considered his more popular work and won't be published going forward.

Social media users poured in outrageous comments while some even supported the move. One of the Dr Seuss fans said: "The works of Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known to us as Dr. Seuss, have sparked a love for reading in generations of students. His whimsical wordplay and curious characters inspire children to dream big," while another slammed Joe Biden for removing Dr Seuss from "Read Across America" saying, "Joe, just because you can't read them doesn't mean they're racist!"

Since when ex-communist governmental people have the right to tell anyone what we are allowed to read?

When you fully trust your politicians, thinking you have a skilful administration, you may have extreme tyranny.

Generally, feeble minds can't stand the joke!

Like the song goes, the racism accusation will forever go on! 

Ridiculous, some bunch of oppressor are driven to censor and shape the world to their own ruthless facet!

They take upon themselves to create their own laws to over power civility!

So far that isn't the only book banned!
