I think I have a couple of old love letters between Grandma and Grandpa stashed away that have 3 cent stamps on them. There's some other old letters with 5 cent stamps on them as well. Since there are no heirs for them, I need to start donating or willing a bunch of that stuff to a museum or something so that they don't just vanish into the landfill once I'm gone.
Although there's some stuff with 13 cent stamps on them from my teenage years that went through a shredder and then used for kindling way at least 30 years ago in an effort to try and purge some of the less pleasant parts of the past.

I really wanted to take off the 14th or 15th next week, so I could really watch what's happening, but we have a thng at work, and I can't. Will try to post as much info as I can though.
When I was growing up first class postage per one ounce was 3 cents
