Bush deliberately let off the real culprits - in a totally cynical and disgusting campaign to victimise millions of Afghans, 10s of millions of Russians and 100s of millions of Chinese.

19 years later with the war still going on, millions of Muslims in China are paying a terrible price of exactly the kind that Bush intended.
