As should be bloody obvious to anyone - NK is under existential threat from Trump.
Who has already used nuclear weapons on them.
None of them think there is any alternative to pressing on until they are in a position to retaliate against mass-murder attacks on them.

Nasty war-mongering story. It was apparently foggy, no possibility of it being deliberate.
Or identifying that it came from the patriotic Koreans. Could have been the US puppets shooting each other and then covering it upu.
