It's not just a lie you are spreading, it's a exceedingly dangerous lie for any bi-national couple who might be tempted listen to your advice.

bi-national couples

This is the part you are so desperately trying to hide with your trolling.

You posted an article talking about common law marriages for bi-national couples, and you are doing everything you can to keep this from being noticed.

As soon as I quoted it, you realized how stupid the idea was on its face.

ROTFLMAO at you and you continuing to lie yer ass off, slackerx/ramsey/ricardomath, etc. . . . once again, above, you are making it appear that I supposedly said "bi-national couples" . . . the fact is I did not say that, lad . . .

As anyone can see - I posted an article that contains those words ("bi-national couples") . . . those words are the words of the author of the article . . . they are not my words, lad . . . simple as that . . .

That you dislike the content of the article and that it refutes what you try to claim concerning marriage in Israel . . . is to bad so sad for ya, son . . . it is real simple and once again here is what the article states with highlighted pertinent portions . . . to include the words you try and claim I supposedly said -

"In Israel, where there is no civil marriage, common law marriage is an alternative to religious marriage that the couple may not be eligible for or reject for ideological reasons. Since only a man and a woman of the same religion who are both citizens and residents of Israel can have a religious marriage in Israel, common-law marriage provides a legal alternative for gays, lesbians, interfaith and bi-national couples, women denied a divorce, religiously taboo unions, people who are religiously prohibited from marrying, people who don’t meet the religious definition of any faith, and more."

So my dear, slackerx/ramsey/ricardomath, etc. . . . your lies and claims that you try to make don't hold water, son . . . why you keep lying, etc., is at least comical though, lad . . .

You have a troll here trying to give dangerous legal advice to bi-national couples.

He doesn't care if we have our families ripped apart as a result of following his advice.

Any lawyer will tell you that bi-national couples do the real thing, not some cheap second-class substitute.

If a "religious" marriage is what a couple wants . . . then they will need to go where they can find a religious authority to provide that religious marriage, lad . . . simple as that . . . or they can do as many folks do around the world, have a civil/common law marriage . . .

What is the problem with that . . . are you wanting a religious authority to provide a religious marriage to a couple who doesn't qualify to be married under whatever faith's parameters . . . if so, why, son . . .

LMAO at ya, slackerx/ramsey/ricardomath, etc . . . that you dislike what the country of Israel has in place for bi-national couples (and others) is really irrelevant, son . . . so once again, what is supposed dangerous by what Israel has set up, eh lad . . .

This has nothing to do with Israel.

You just chose this thread to spread bad legal advice to bi-national couples worldwide.

If anything, it is about your attitudes towards bi-national couples and families.

ROTFLMAO at you, slackerx/ramsey/ricardomath, etc. . . . this thread concerns Israel . . . the articles that I provided clearly state they are about Israel . . . contrary to the implied claim you make I've not said that the laws in Israel apply anywhere else in the world and or are supposedly the same as anywhere else in the world . . .

All I've said that you can even try to mis-quote or take out of context is the laws in Israel are similar to other locations in the world . . . and that in relationship to civil/common law marriage . . . as an example - a bi national couple wants to get married in the U.S. and have a religious marriage . . . what they will find is that many religious authorities in the U.S. will not do the ceremony and or bless the union . . . so they have a choice - keep looking and see if they can find some religious authority to do the ceremony . . . or they can go to a Justice of the Peace at the local court house and get married . . . or they can do the common law marriage arraignment that still takes place in a number of states . . .

Btw, lad, do you understand that the word "similar" does not connote exactly the same . . .
