They're not statues of Arnold but both are monuments to his victories for the revolution.

There's the Valcour Island Monument and the Boot Monument on the Saratoga battlefield.

Why do you think it hasn't been acknowledged?

They lost their empire, so I guess that is punishment, but have there ever been formal apologies to the countries they invaded and the consequences to the indigenous peoples?

The one thing that has happened from the tearing down of all those statues, is that we are finally talking about the true men they were.
