IF the Police and the Villains are equally well armed then it is down to whom is better at a given time a given moment , yes the innocent will die that is a given but the saving of Police lives is a paramount

You can't assume that just because somebody is Black, that he or she is a villain, or that he or she is armed.

Maybe he or she is just different.

Maybe he or she just likes playing his or her violin for kittens at the local animal shelter so that the kittens won't feel so lonely.
