What really saddens me is that you support this shit.  The absolute disregard of any opinion other than your own is very sad.

I think I'll follow my original inclination - to not take part in any of these "discussions".  They aren't discussions, or debates.  They are simply attacks on differing opinions.

Real simple - you claimed I supposedly threatened you . . . not ta mention the bald faced accusation, that was a lie, you made to me in PM last night . . .

Reducing children's deaths to a percentage is a messed up thing to do.

So 400 kids died out of 600,000 total deaths.  That's a paltry amount, right.

Meanwhile, 400 kids are dead from a completely preventable disease.

How are you so sure you know the actual scientific data when even scientists can't agree on what the data is?  Remember thalidomide?  We don't want a repeat of that, do we?  I personally refuse to keep the debate going simply because there's no point to it.  I'm not going to change my opinion, nor am I going to try to force my opinion on someone else.  I personally don't think vaccinations for children should even be a point of discussion.  In the US, every school-age child must be vaxed against mumps, measles, rubella, polio,  & chickenpox.  So what's the big deal about one more?  At least that is what was required when I went to school and when my kids went.  I'm sure some children had reactions to those shots, but there were no politicians stumping for votes at the time. 

BTW, you're not going to change anyone's mind by calling them asshats, climate change deniers and killers.  They just tune you out and you've accomplished nothing.

Humanity doesn't have the luxury of pandering to these people anymore.

The science was in for decades and nothing happened.

Making sure I don't "offend" the people who doomed us, while patiently explaining YET AGAIN the catastrophic consequences of just a few degrees of global warming is not my priority.

They can take their heads out of the sand and shove them up their arses.  I just hope they catch a glance of the news on the way.
