It's quite amusing. The Press that hated Cummings are now avidly following his every word. 

The rumour is that he's bigging up Raab and Sunak, because he hopes to work for them when Johnson is eventually replaced or resigns.

What he still hasn't done is provide proof that Hancock has lied multiple times. He made the allegation giving evidence to a Select Committee, when he was protected by parliamentary privilege, but if he makes the same allegation in public, without strong evidence, then he, himself, could end up in court.

True. But that was only because the Press told them he'd broken covid rules by going to Durham so his son was looked after by the family whilst he was ill. In fact, that wasn't illegal or contrary to the rules at all. Where he really went wrong was to drive to Barnard Castle to 'test his eyesight'. That didn't go down well.

He's far too clever to waste so I expect we'll see him advising the Gov when Boris has moved on.
