if it was as simple as a Rattle Snake then I am sure NK would have fallen some time ago , the reality is that NK has possibly 2nd maybe 3rd strike capability and it would only take 1 ICBM to take out NYC or LA or anywhere with a gigantic toll on life and resources .
As the World economy falters so does the NK falter even further , the leadership is FAR from stupid , they know that unless something happens they are sooner or later going to hit the fan , it is always possible that way behind the scene the US and NK are talking - the same with Iran
