Not all of India is in lock down , not all states not all cities .
Many Industries have been designated as essential with their staff now living in the factories not daring to tgo out become infected and close their factory .
With hundreds of thousands of unregistered migrant workes from other states on the move it is not diffiuclt to see how the virus spreads so easily .
Ports are open , banks are open etc.,
With such an enormous country it is more than possible that the situsation is far worse than they know or are reporting

Modi is a fascist, at least as aggressive as Hitler to religious minorities and over-running Kashmir.
But you'll never mention that - only lash out at nations such as Iran which have never done any of that.

Amphan means "sky" in Thai, which is quite ironic since you barely can see the sky during a Hurricane/Cyclone/Typhoon:
