He does have to deal with Congress, and if they don't like what he wants, he doesn't get it. Pelosi and Schumer just love to bat down everything he sends their way. Truthfully, that probably happens in reverse too.

Some of those same armed terrorists who brought guns into the michigan lesislature were amoung those arrested for a terrorist plan to kidnap, try, and assassinate the michigan govenor.
The michigan lesignature can't even meet to outlaw guns in public without the threat of armed terrorists bringing their guns into the legislature during the legislative session, debate, and vote, to terrorise them.
