I noticed very little detail about the crime, too.

The link was unsettling, but informative.

As messed up as her motives were, her actions leading up to the crime were deliberate and methodical.

This was not a sudden psychotic episode.  it was planned.

I noticed very little detail about the crime, too.

In my opinion it doesn't matter. Only God has the perfect judgement necessary to take a life. Life at hard labor should be the maximum punishment for any crime.

I'm in favor of it for murder and rape but not for drug trafficing, which should be legal

Depends on the drug, I guess.

Of course, if it's all legal, then there would be tougher regulations, leading to cleaner drugs.

I just want pot to be legal.  I know I'm going to need it for 2021.

What does pot do for you that a nice bath in ice cold water doesn't?

Which one?

The one that created the heavens and the earth. Names don't matter. The important thing (sorry I know how much you seem to hate the concept of "important things") is that man is not equipped with the perfect judgment necessary to decide if a person is guilty of a crime which would warrant their death.

The State should disabuse itself of the notion that it can tell its adult citizens what they can eat/drink/smoke/inject...

So, you would trust Moloch (or Ba'al) with your life?

Any of the Inca or Mayan deities with your children?

You'd trust Freya with your fate?

You'd trust Jehovah with your 15 year old daughter?

You'd trust Zeus with your sister?

Nope - they're all too screwed up to be allowed to make any decisions, as far as I'm concerned.

And what ever happened to your belief that people should take responsibility for their own lives?

You have gone completely insane! No wonder you were so offended when I 'legitimately' referred to GODLESS koreans! What, In God's name, does the above have to do with THIS;

Which one?

Here's an example of this. Do you favor the death penalty for an insane person who killed someone? Most people don't. However, how can anyone be absolutely sure that a person who killed someone is NOT insane? Absolutely sure because the death penalty is forever. My father used to justify his opinion on the matter, thus; "I don't believe the state, being human and imperfect, has the right to take anything from someone that it cannot return.". You can return a person's freedom, you cannot return their life.
