Iraq like all of the Arab Middle East is Tribal , Saddam held the country together by fear and despotic acts but with him gone Iran has seized the opportunity to meddle in its domestic affairs much as it has done in Lebanon and with the Tribal leaders unable to form any alliances the country has gone to the Dogs.
