I worked tried to cooperate with the UN on our Northern Border with Lebanon for over 20 years they would have a problem getting out of a brown paper bag.
They are burden with rules of engagement , very poor officer leadership and in some cases you have nationalities with troops not having a clue what their officers are saying especially under fire .
For the UN to have meaning they need teeth otherwise they might as well paint bulls eyes on their helmets
