I think this is a non-story.
North Korea is a state that can retaliate against its enemies - nobody is going to risk that happening.
A transition to a different leader and (almost certainly) a somewhat different form of government is not going to change very much atall.

Kim Jong-un, loved and trusted by his adoring people - I presume these three are worshippers come to pay homage to their dear leader.
