Everyone knows about lynching. Is this what you really think this memorial is about?  

Can you fathom that every life taken has a name, likely a family that lives on with the memory. Are you that hardened that you can't understand what it means to validate a life or are you forever mired in your own illusion that these souls brought into commemoration should not exist on their own validity as human beings but only as  part of someone's concocted cause?

Even after the Capitol was breached, rioters penetrated the private rooms of ranking committee heads where sensitive and classified documents were kept. The whys and wherefores as to why any protester would do that demands much deeper introspection given the fact that this whole episode was spurred by a charade of the president trying incessantly to derail something as seminal to freedom as the vote.

The whole six weeks fueling of anger, rage, the insults by Trump meant to degrade and spawn distrust in the same American institutions which served us over the past 250 years, his insults to the SCOTUS calling them corrupt, incompetent and useless, the insinuation that they were damaging freedom is about as un-American as it has ever gotten. Not to mention his former slurs against US intelligence years ago, it has been a steady process with this president eroding the line between lawful and lawless which he has worked hard at. 

It is no surprise that a major symbol of the US would be attacked by the people who were his strongest supporters. They wanted to hear him, and he gave them what they wanted. 

These are not patriots by any definition of the word. Fake patriots who hate America who have spent much of their lives arming and wishing for a civil war. What they did to the capitol is what they wish to do to America.

I'm genuinely concerned about the inauguration.

Trump won't be there and his MAGA supporters will consider any Republicans who attend to be traitors.

I REALLY hope security are assuming an attack will happen and are acting accordingly.

Which of his documentaries blatantly misrepresented the facts he was using to put forward his argument?

Which chapter of which book was riddled with lies?

Citizens of the rest of the world may not be American, but we all know who has his thumb on the nuclear trigger.

If that thumb is attached to an egocentric maniac lusting after retention of power then WE have a right to be concerned.
