you're right Jenifer.  But that's not what Czoe's comment said to me.  What I read was we all have to believe the same thing in order to have unity.  I don't believe that is true.  I believe we all have to respect each other's right to have an opinion, Who's right or wrong doesn't even come into it.  I am a human being.  I can speak. I have the right to have an opinion.  Czoe has the right to have an opinion.  We need to respect the right that each of us has, to have an opinion.  Disunity comes about when one person tells another their opinion isn't right, or it doesn't matter, or they need to think the same thing to live in the same world.

BTW, I am not one of those that said Trump won the election.  I wish he did, but apparently he didn't, so life goes on.  Disunity also comes about when people are seen as part of a group, not as individuals.

And the Republicans have done so much to deepen that divide, that it is an insult to everyone's intelligence when they call for unity.  If they were in power, do you honestly believe they would be calling for healing and coming together?  No, of course not.  They'd be patting themselves on the back for successfully subverting democracy.

There's a deliberate effort going on to prevent people from healing and coming together in a multicultural world, by trying to confuse unity with white supremacy. And yes, it is an insult to everybody's intelligence.

One of these promotes unity and multiculturalism, and the other promotes white supremacy and division. It's really not that hard to tell them apart.

Your use of the term Witch Hunt implies Trump is innocent and falsely accused.

I know he will not be impeached.  Not because he is innocent, but because most Republicans don't care that he is guilty.

It appears that Trump will more than likely not be impeached how you see this is for you to decide not me .

Neither do I.  Talk about a boring world to live in!

But we all need to have respect for facts and the truth.  If your "opinion" that Covid is a hoax results in the deaths of thousands, then there has to be consequences.

Sure, if we're discussing a book, a meal or a painting where all opinions are purely subjective.  But again, if your opinion is directly contradicted by science, mathematics or the law - then it is wrong.  And no amount of shouting over the voices of scientists, data analysts or election officials will change that.  And if you have a platform so large that you can spread lies to millions with no regard for facts, public safety or the rule of law, then you need to be held to account.

Glad to hear it.

I agree.

Trump has already been impeached.

Twice.

And we still have a Black Christian Woman as Vice-President.

And her husband is still Jewish.

And we still live in a multicultural society.

And Black Lives Still Matter.

Amazing Grace

I am in doubt that a COLORED WOMAN will sit well with millions and millions of people specially one married to a Jew (I doubt you could ask for a more flammable toxic mix for the American Right to swallow )
