The removal of KYU would open the door for the people to decide where they want to be in terms of unification , this regime like all tyranical dictatorships is solely centred upon the whims and notions of one man , remove him and the people will speak with no fear , it is unlikely the Army will step in as they will be rudderless as well and if the assasination took place at a time of great famine then even better as the Army is unlikely to fall upon its own people .
The Murder of JULIUS by Brutus and his associates is a prime example , prior to the murder they discussed what would be the results of their actions and they came to two conclusions - the people and the army would call for their arrest or the people and the army would raise them high as saviours , after the death of Julius when the Senate met the 3rd but unthought of event actually took place , nothing happened at all as nobody knew what to do ............
This would eventually see the rise of Augustus but this was to fill the void

We know they want unification - but the US has been striving to overthrow the regime in chaos and suffering and they have their puppet regime totally under their control. Only massive blood-shed is acceptable.
Not many other places in the world any colonial power behaving so disgustingly, are there?

They got used to the changing emperors soon enough, with detachable heads on their statues and reigns that lasted 21 days.
It's almost like Trump's little buddy is throwing up a distraction!
He looked at what Trump did when Iranian cruise missiles attacked the Saudis and he did nothing , they know as well he can and will do nothing.
Trump is a blow hard , he was seen down by the Iranians and as I predicted the NK saw an inherent weakness in the man.
I fought over 200 amateur boxing matches and I was taught when I entered the ring it was to fight and to win, Trump does not have the bottle for a fight .
I didn't read the article you posted, but there is a story attached to it that is so inspiring I thought I'd point it out to you. Click on your article, then click on the link What Can North Korea Hit, then scroll all the way to the end. At the very bottom there is a link to "Follow a teenage North Korean defector...". The story is in 2 parts. It's very worthwhile reading.

Pyongyang has reportedly conducted 11 missile tests after talks broke down at the second US-North Korea summit in Hanoi in February - but why isn't there any fire and fury from US President Donald Trump?
That's an easy one - the US hasn't attacked any nation that could retaliate for ... how many years?
That's not a trick question, there is an exact answer accepted by everyone - just one they don't want to hear!
North Korea can retaliate - it can do so on South Korea, costing the colonial power $100s of billions - and killing those very few of the little yellow people that the US counts as friends.
Iran may have reached the same point - the US is not going to do there what's its done in Iraq and Libya and Syria - because Iran can (maybe) retaliate hard enough against other litle brown people that the US counts as friends - again costing the colonial power $100s of billions.
Sorry if it makes the Zionists even angrier to hear me state my theory wot I have got. Its near enough to 100% true to make them grind their teeth.
