I'm sorry, but what the hell is the world supposed to do?
They have turned the Ganges - their lifeblood - into a sludge of effluent and decomposing bodies, so that water is unusable.
They continually show no interest in taking care of their own environment.
They refuse to take action to curb their population.
They have 1.4 billion people. How much water does the world have to send, and continually send, before we ALL end up in the same situation?

I am not sure a democracy can introduce population controls
Wars will be fought for resources , you have to ask why Israel a dry country decided to start desalination which has been our saving where richer countries with enormous manpower don’t wont or are demonstrably late

Almost as if the US is engaged in a worldwide plot to silence criticism of Trump.
We saw that in action over Iraq - and now the same thing in Iran.
Oh, wait a moment, hardly anyone is talking about this attack on Iran we seem to have planned.
