The IDF Eternal Strife doctrine is based upon having a region which is always in turmoil with NO ARAB STATE having social peace , Egypt , Jordan , Syria , Lebanon , Iran , Yemen , Iraq even Saudi Arabia are all under threat from both within and without , the requirement of having a military ready and able to deal with multi fronted issues is an absolute for a country smaller than the state of New York or smaller than Wales etc

Good description of a cancer in the region, surely!

And a 180deg change from the soothing words that the Zionists used to come out with.

Even BM was still declaring he wanted peace until recently. eg:

israel never sought war,in the declaration made on the day of the announcement of the state of israel, ben gurion asked for peace with our neighbours.

our ambiguous nuclear situation is not the issue, with or without nuclear capability we are still seeking peace, we have nothing to gain by eternal conflict

All that money spent on hasbara declaring that Israel wants peace.

Then you abandon 70 years of good work with your anger!

Apparently the thought never occurs that the world remains skeptical about Israel and the fact that Bibi Netanyahu remains the man in charge...his main mission is to destroy Iran...and Iran's main mission is to destroy Israel.   The USA needs Israel as an Island in the middle of a burning cauldron of nations most of whom hate Israel.

Meanwhile back at the WH Donald Trump now spends most of his day in his private office Upstairs and guess who's next door?  His SIL Jared Kushner - who is the unappointed Sec. of State and who is very  chummy  with Netanyahu and the Saudi prince.  This trio - Trump/Kushner/Netanyahu R the primary  villains in the Soleimani story.  Count on it.

Iran has never attacked any other nation (unless they rocketed Saudi oil infrastructure?) and previously only said that Iserael would disappear from the pages of history.

Meanwhile Israel attacks all of its neighbours and, in 2011, declared for "Eternal Conflict".

The US needs Israel like a hole in the head. It seeks to be hated.

As you can discover for yourself - ask BM or any of the Zionists what borders it has.

All this talk of it not being recognised and granted a right to exist - when that was done in May 1949.

Netanayu is fighting for his political career , he is facing a 3rd election because he was unable to obtain any majority

Israel does not seek the destruction of Iran nor does the USA both seek an acceptable political strategic detente with Iran

As the only democracy fully functioning in the region , with the deepest ties of any state possibly in the World there is of course many reason to see Israel survive

The IDF eternal conflict relates to the external eternal conflict seen across the region , every state has the right to have the ability to respond to the various destabilizing issues that plague the region and especially all the countries surrounding Israel

Jordan Egypt Lebanon are on the verge of collapse

Of course it does.

The same democracy as a pirate ship operates - all hang together or all hang apart.

Meanwhile, Israel and the US are attacking all three of the native Middle East democracies, Palestine, Lebanon and Iran.

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AS A DEMOCRAT TO VOTE FOR THE DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE FOR PRESIDENT IN ARIZONA! In some past elections independent voters were allowed to vote for the presidential nominee in the Democratic primary elections. That is NOT the case this year!

If you live in Arizona and are registered as an INDEPENDENT, this year you will NOT be allowed to vote in the Democratic Presidential Primaries in March!!! SO PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE.... IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED AS A DEMOCRAT, CHANGE YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION TO DEMOCRAT... AT LEAST UNTIL AFTER THE PRIMARY IN MARCH! You can always switch back to independent afterward!

[reported from canvassing] spoken to numerous people who say they left the Democratic Party because they are so fed up with its leadership, who are wealthy and... just like the Republican leadership... are not representing the interests of the working class, and instead are endorsing only more "Republican Light" candidates. They say that is why they are registered as independent. They see it as "standing up for their principles".

However, they are dismayed when they hear that they will not be able to vote in the primary unless they are registered as a Democrat... esp. this year... because they realize how crucial it is that a truly bold progressive be nominated in order to beat Trump.

Unfortunately, dropping out of the party does NOT bring about the desired changes, and simply weakens the progressive base of the party, making it easier for the wealthy leadership to force their will on the entire party base. We MUST convince these independents to come back into the party so that we can stand united in wresting control of the party away from the "Republican Lights" who are currently in control. A large majority of these independents are very progressive and are Bernie fans who are proponents of M4A. If we don't get them to register as Democrats (at least until after the Democratic Primaries) it will be a huge blow to Bernie's chances of becoming the Democratic Nominee!

This is true in many other states as well, and in some states (like California) even though voters who are not registered as Democrats are "technically" allowed to vote in the Democratic Primaries, there will be HUGE obstacles to being able to vote for a PRESIDENTIAL candidate and actually have your vote counted:
