Russian disguised fuel truck with integral 'Nyet Net' for stopping drone dropped grenades. It's a cargo truck, which is packed with cubic fuel containers to make it into a fuel truck.

I guess I am a little confused as to what kind of threat level that mesh is supposed to stop.  The mesh over trenches is especially confusing, as one would think that creates an ideal airburst.

Actually my grandfather on my fathers side served in both wars.
I don't know if he has been a machine gunner though. Since he passed a few years befor I was born.

For the fuel truck, it's really about stopping the little HEAT warhead of the 40mm HEDP from piercing and igniting the fuel truck. Depending on the mesh, it might be effective / marginally effective on thwarting drone dropped anti tank grenades which also use a HEAT.

Depending on how the impact fuse is created, the nets may also be soft enough a landing that they prevent the fuse from being successfully slam fired.

This video more than any other really exemplifies the danger of these FPV drones.

The tank is driving down the road at a good speed, with the hatch open to get a little air. The FPV drone flies into the open hatch and detonates in the moving tank.

That's above Javelin level accuracy with a $400 munition...
