OK, I'm replaying a game between the 1979 Twins and A's and it's scoreless into the bottom of the ninth.  1 out runner on 2nd, Dilone up against Marshall.  The roll is  32.  Dilone's card says P-DBL -3.  No clue what that means.  Any ideas?

If the pitcher has a possible double on dice roll 32 (a split chance like for instance 1-8) you would subtract the 3 and now it would be double 1-5. The remainder is an out. Also if no double chance on pitchers card it’s just an out

If Marshall is on the mound, it's an OUT. Even if he was in his A grade, which the DBL would be 1-2, the -43 takes it to an automatic OUT.

Thanks gentlemen!  Ten games in and I hadn't seen that come up yet.  I see now.  Piccolo had 1 double on the year.  This is to help keep him from getting too many doubles off the pitcher's card.  Makes sense.  Thanks guys.
